a) The Funeral Service Package (FSP) price applies solely to the funeral service. Expenses for items such as burial plots, columbarium niches, tombstones, and other related costs are not included.

b) The use of the standard parlour is subject to availability. Policies and procedures for parlour check-in may differ by location. Customers must agree to the specific policies of the location before checking in.

c) The FSP is applicable only in Peninsular Malaysia. The funeral service location must be within a 35km radius (referred to as the “Restricted Territory”) from either Empyrean Care Sdn Bhd or it’s associate company’s service centre. Additional charge may apply for services held beyond this territory.

d) The company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses should the specified hearse or vehicle become unavailable due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, provided that an alternative mode of transport is arranged.

e) No refunds or returns for items included in the package are allowed under any circumstances.

f) Additional nights of service and/or additional items are subject to additional charges.

g) Any burial-related fees incurred at a cemetery or columbarium chosen by the customer, other than those under Empyrean Group’s associated companies (hereinafter referred to as “the Said Cemetery or Columbarium”), shall be solely borne by the customer and must be settled directly with the management of the Said Cemetery or Columbarium.

h) In the event of a conflict in interpreting the terms and conditions, the English-language version will be considered over the Chinese-language version.
